Robert established Athlon in March 2006 with a vision to build an agency production hub in the Balkans that would extend out across Europe and connect clients to high quality digital production and technical services.

Robert started his career at Microsoft, founding UK agency Tonic, in '98, winning business with Barclaycard, VW and grew the Sony account to £1m while managing the company growth from
2 to 30 people.

At Which? Neil led national online campaigns, where he commissioned agencies and managed internal stakeholders. A fitting résumé for the role he plays heading up our London services.

General Manager (Sofia)

Mihajlo (Misa) is well placed at the center of operations in Sofia. Misa's creative background and in-depth technical knowledge means that he can chair a functional discussion and attend to the design detail.

Mathias is an experienced manager, having worked in 4 European Countries he has an international outlook and a hawk-like grasp on everything he manages. He never fails to impress all who work with him, both internally and externally.
